''Madhuca woodii'' is a tree in the family Sapotaceae. It grows up to tall, with a trunk diameter of up to . Inflorescences bear up to seven flowers. The tree is named for the botanist Geoffrey Wood. Its habitat is lowland mixed dipterocarp forest from sea-level to altitude. ''M. woodii'' is endemic to Borneo and restricted to Sandakan district in Malaysia's Sabah state.〔 ==References==
